Business Data Analyst. Vilnius, Lithuania

This is a great opportunity to become a part of our Finance Team in Vilnius. You will play an important role in analyzing financial data and helping to identify company’s financial and investment strategies. We promise a highly challenging field and wide scope of responsibilities, which will initially cover:

• Development of financial and management reports.
• Cooperation with other business units to understand their requirements of financial data and reports.
• Familiarization with key business data sources and using them when creating reporting solutions.
• Development of reporting infrastructure, using business intelligence (BI) tools.
• Optimization and automation of existing reporting processes, implementing new ones.
• Providing insights and analysis of business performance.
• Preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly management reports.
• Participation in periodical financial forecasting and planning routines.

We dream about a team member who:

• Has more than two years of experience in Financial/Business/Data Analysis or similar areas.
• Holds a university degree in Finance/Economics/IT/Mathematics fields.
• Demonstrates proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Ideally, has experience with Power Query tool.
• Knowledge and experience of working with BI tools, e.g. Power BI, QlikView, Qlik Sense, is a plus.
• Can work independently, is self-motivated and takes ownership.
• Possesses a passion for data, keen attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.
• Communicates effectively in English.
• Is flexible with good time management skills.
• Maintains a respectful and positive attitude.
• Has an interest in continuous learning and thinks aviation could be the love of one`s life.
