Avion Express is a narrow-body ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, Insurance) and charter operator. Avion Express provides top-level short and long-term aircraft wet-leasing (ACMI) solutions and also offers its clients aircraft on a charter basis. The company operates an Airbus A320 family aircraft fleet.

Avion Express is looking for ambitious professionals to support the company's matters and further development of the company. The position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

ARE YOU READY TO?

• Work closely with Head of Engineering, Engineering Services manager and CAMO Services manager.
• Control, monitor and supervise all specific projects related to CAMO business involving CAMO Engineering including but not limited to Aircraft Delivery/Re-delivery.
• Actively participate in the elaboration, monitoring and supervision of Key Performance Indicators related to CAMO Engineering activities.
• Actively support CAMO Engineers to solve issues coming from their daily tasks when extended knowledge is needed.
• Ensure all assigned audit Findings are closed by the Due Date.
• Deputize other Lead Engineers, Engineering Services Manager, CAMO Services Manager or Head of Engineering in case of a need.
• Perform Aircraft technical inspections under Delivery/Re-delivery process, after heavy maintenance check or during normal operations.
• Any other duties as required by Head of Engineering.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• Aeronautical university degree and minimum four years work experience PART-145 and/or PART-CAMO organizations. 
• Project management experience.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations.
• Fluent in English language.
• Knowledge of relevant type of aircraft - A320Family (gained through training at least at a level equivalent to Part-66 Appendix III Level 1 General Familiarization).
