Avion Express is a narrow-body ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, Insurance) and charter operator. Avion Express provides top-level short and long-term aircraft wet-leasing (ACMI) solutions and also offers its clients aircraft on a charter basis. The company operates an Airbus A320 family aircraft fleet.
Avion Express is looking for ambitious professionals to support the company's matters and further development of the company. The position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

ARE YOU READY TO?
- Own the transition strategy and ensure its effective delivery in line with redelivery best practices, including inspection protocols and records consolidation requirements.
- Lead cross-functional delivery teams (Engineering, Maintenance, Records, Planning) to meet all contractual return conditions and lessor expectations.
- Ensure delivery readiness through proactive risk management, budget oversight, and resource alignment across all technical workstreams.
- Serve as the senior technical escalation point for complex matters such as major repairs, deviations, and exceptional modifications, ensuring timely and commercially sound resolutions.
- Provide structured, executive-ready reporting on delivery status, risks, and handover readiness; advise Fleet leadership on commercially relevant decisions, including deviations and cost trade-offs.
- Manage delivery-related negotiations with Fleet on lease deviations or condition exceptions, ensuring positions are grounded in strong technical justification.
- Uphold delivery / redelivery standards and documentation integrity, including repair file completeness and back-to-birth traceability for LLPs, ensuring full compliance for acceptance.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- Aeronautical university degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years work experience in PART 145 and/or PART-CAMO organization. Fleet/Aircraft transition experience would be an advantage.
- This role has an overarching control over key departments therefore proven leadership, team player and project management skills is highly required
- Experience and knowledge of Airbus A320 family aircraft
- Motivation, willingness to develop and create new processes, share best practices
- Readiness to travel
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
