ARE YOU READY TO?

• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from diverse sources including relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and RESTful APIs, ensuring efficient data integration workflows.
• Perform advanced data cleaning, anomaly detection, and validation using Python (pandas, NumPy) or SQL to maintain high data quality standards.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across departments.
• Implement real-time KPI monitoring systems with automated alerts for anomalies or significant trend shifts, leveraging tools such as Power BI, Python scripts, or cloud-based monitoring platforms.
• Contribute to the creation and enforcement of data governance policies, including access control, data lineage tracking, and compliance protocols (e.g., GDPR).

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• Fluency in English and Lithuanian languages, both spoken and written;
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field;
• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst/Engineer or similar role;
• Experience with automation and scripting languages (e.g. Python) to improve data handling processes;
• Strong proficiency in SQL, with experience in database design, querying and performance tuning;
• Experience in working with one of visualization software (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.) or advanced visualization skills in Python;
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Proactivity in identifying opportunities for data-driven improvements and taking the initiative to implement solutions.
