- Manage the certification process of Avion Express in Mexico.
- Lead the company by fostering professional development of the team and by maintaining high operational standards.
- Manage the operations of the company to ensure efficient ACMI and Charter service delivery to company’s clients.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable Mexican aviation laws and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with Mexican aviation authorities, particularly the Federal Civil Aviation Agency (AFAC).
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the company’s growth and competitiveness in the market.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- Previous senior leadership experience in the aviation industry; experience in the Mexican market would be considered an advantage.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Mexican aviation market and regulatory environment.
- Proven experience working with AFAC and other relevant authorities.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Mexican citizenship or legal authorization to work in Mexico.
