We are looking for Senior Internal Auditor with a strong and self-confident personality, able to work with others well in a fast paced, international, dynamic environment, moreover - with demonstrated high degree of accuracy and attention to details.

Responsibilities for this position will include:

• Contribute to the development and regular updating of the Group-Wide Internal Audit Plan, integrating risk-based priorities identified through Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) assessments.
• Administrate ERM framework, including risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting across group operations to enhance risk-aware decision-making.
• Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of procedures, internal controls, and risk mitigation strategies within assigned corporate or compliance areas, applying advanced audit and risk management techniques.
• Conduct on-site visits to subsidiaries abroad to assess compliance, controls, and risk management practices, ensuring consistency with group-wide standards.
• Provide recommendations to enhance risk management policies, procedures, and governance structures based on audit findings and industry best practices.
• Post audit activity: follow-up on findings and implementation of corrective actions plan;

Requirements for the position :

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Accounting or similar;
• Proven work experience in internal auditing, enterprise risk management, accounting, or controlling, preferably in an international environment (considered an advantage)
• MS Office advanced user with high proficiency in MS Excel;
• High level of spoken and written English is a must;
• Business acumen and value-add mindset;
• Strong knowledge in a specific area such as Information Systems Technology, Financial/Accounting, Operations, etc. will be considered as huge advantage;
• Ability to work independently on audit and risk assignments, exercising sound judgment to determine when to escalate issues to superiors
• Certification such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP), or equivalent qualifications is highly desirable.
• Ability to travel.

• Salary from 3365 Eur including taxes, depending on the experience of the candidate.
