We are seeking a Senior Financial Controller to join our dynamic team at the holding company of Avia Solutions Group. The successful candidate will have a strong, self-assured personality, excel in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of periodic consolidated management reports and financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
- Oversee the Group’s accounting and financial control functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage the annual group audit process, coordinating with external auditors and ensuring timely completion.
- Review and analyze quarterly group reporting packages.
- Participate in accounting-related projects and process optimization initiatives.
- Provide financial consulting, insights, and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making.
- Develop, enhance, and implement financial reporting and analytical tools to improve data quality and reporting accuracy.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting, auditing, or financial control.
- Solid understanding of accounting and consolidation principles.
- Expertise in IFRS with the ability to apply these standards in daily operations.
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, with a particular focus on Excel.
- Project management experience, strong analytical thinking, and a proactive approach are considered advantageous.
