Senior Financial Controller. Vilnius, Lithuania

 We are seeking a Senior Financial Controller to join our dynamic team at the holding company of Avia Solutions Group. The successful candidate will have a strong, self-assured personality, excel in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of periodic consolidated management reports and financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Oversee the Group’s accounting and financial control functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage the annual group audit process, coordinating with external auditors and ensuring timely completion.
• Review and analyze quarterly group reporting packages.
• Participate in accounting-related projects and process optimization initiatives.
• Provide financial consulting, insights, and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making.
• Develop, enhance, and implement financial reporting and analytical tools to improve data quality and reporting accuracy.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting, auditing, or financial control.
• Solid understanding of accounting and consolidation principles.
• Expertise in IFRS with the ability to apply these standards in daily operations.
• Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Advanced skills in MS Office, with a particular focus on Excel.
• Project management experience, strong analytical thinking, and a proactive approach are considered advantageous.
