Procurement Product Manager. Vilnius, Lithuania

Avia Solutions Group Holding is searching for a Senior Procurement Product Manager with a strong and self-confident personality, able to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, moreover - with demonstrated high degree of accuracy and attention to details.

The Group also provides various aviation services such as MRO (maintenance, repair, and overhaul), pilots and crew training, ground handling and other interconnected solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

Driving efficiency and reducing costs

  • Consolidate procurement across the group subsidiaries by leveraging the greater buying power for good and/or services. Negotiate with Suppliers.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement automation or technology-driven solutions to increase productivity.
  • Develop, document, and continuously improve procurement operations processes across the group to ensure consistency, compliance, and scalability
  • Monitor dashboards, KPIs, and regular performance reports to control procurement effectiveness and compliance.
  • Lead or support key procurement transformation projects
  • When necessary, coordinate the development, improvement, testing, deployment, and configuration of information systems and software.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and data governance

  • Act as the key liaison between subsidiaries: procurement teams, business units, finance, compliance, and technology teams to ensure seamless procurement operations and policy adherence.
  • Develop frameworks for tracking supplier performance and risk, integrating these metrics into procurement operations tools.
  • Define and enforce data standards for procurement activities, ensuring accuracy in vendor master data, contract records, and spend analytics.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years in procurement (aviation industry will be considered as benefit).

• High level of spoken and written English.
• MS Office advanced user with high proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and problem-solving mindset.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and motivation to grow in an international finance environment.

Salary from 4100 EUR gross, depending on experience.



Salary: from 3200 € (brutto)
