Avia Solutions Group is seeking a highly experienced Logistics Transformation and Operations Lead to manage strategic logistics initiatives across its diverse network of subsidiaries. This senior-level position is ideal for a seasoned logistics professional with deep industry expertise, a passion for operational excellence, and a proven track record in ERP implementation, supply chain optimization, and logistics market insight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of an ERP system tailored to logistics operations across ASG subsidiaries.
• Develop and enforce best-in-class procurement practices, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and cost-effectiveness across all logistics operations.
• Establish, monitor, and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive performance, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Build and optimize logistics supply chain processes, aligning them with ASG’s strategic business objectives and growth plans.
• Provide strategic oversight by leveraging expert knowledge of logistics market dynamics, trends, and benchmarks, ensuring ASG remains agile and competitive.

Requirements:

• Significant experience within the air transport industry, with a strong understanding of its operational challenges, including senior managerial roles with multi-subsidiary or international scope, and a proven track record of extraordinary logistics market expertise—demonstrating deep insight into industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics.
• Demonstrated experience in ERP system rollout and logistics supply chain optimization.
• Significant experience within the air transport logistics or cargo, with a strong understanding of its unique logistics demands, regulatory frameworks, and operational challenges.
• Deep understanding of the logistics market landscape, including current trends, technologies, regulatory environments, and competitive positioning.
• Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to manage cross-functional teams across geographically dispersed subsidiaries.
• Strategic thinking paired with an execution mindset, able to navigate both high-level planning and operational details.
