Avia Solutions Group Holding is searching for a Lawyer with a strong and self-confident personality, able to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, moreover - with demonstrated high degree of accuracy and attention to details.

The Group also provides various aviation services such as MRO (maintenance, repair, and overhaul), pilots and crew training, ground handling and other interconnected solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and review a range of contracts, including general commercial agreements and aviation industry-specific contracts.
• Develop, revise, and enhance internal regulations - such as policies, procedures, and guidelines - in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Provide clear and pragmatic legal counsel to internal stakeholders, both in writing and verbally.
• Identify, assess, and advise on legal risks, including strategies for effective risk management.
• Represent the company’s legal interests in interactions with external parties.
• Propose and implement enhancements to legal processes and workflows.
• Manage relationships with external legal counsel, monitoring costs and deliverables to ensure value.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Master of Laws (LLM).
• At least two years of experience in corporate or commercial law, with a strong emphasis on contract drafting and negotiation - either in a law firm or an in-house environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Lithuanian and English is a must (C1 level or above).
• Keen ability to identify risks beyond standard contractual terms and legal regulations. Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills and adeptness in cross-cultural communication.
• Excellent time management and ability to perform under pressure.
• Proactive approach and a positive attitude.
