Job Summary: Sensus Aero, a family member of Avia Solutions Group, registered in Ireland, is seeking an experienced and talented Global Sales Executive specializing in the aviation industry. We are specifically looking for individuals with a background in either the technical or operational aspects of the aviation industry, particularly in Ground Handling or MRO operations. As a self-motivated professional with a proven track record in global digital product sales, you will play a crucial role in developing new business opportunities and achieving our ambitious annual sales targets on a global scale. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Business Development, you will have the responsibility of leading key accounts, designing strategic sales plans, enhancing our sales potential, and expanding our international footprint. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth of our next-gen ERP software platform, Sensus Aero, designed specifically for the aviation MRO and Ground Handling industries.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement an international strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets, with a focus on cultivating lasting customer relationships and gaining a deep understanding of their business needs and goals.
  • Maintain close relationships with customers, evaluators, and potentials to stay informed about market needs and trends in the aviation industry.
  • Utilize your expertise to assess market needs and create compelling value propositions, developing effective sales strategies for both existing and new digital products.
  • Collaborate closely with development leads, product architects, and key customers to monitor the implementation of each product project.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and stakeholders across the business to design and implement innovative sales and marketing campaigns that effectively promote and sell our expanding range of products.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the aviation industry, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in software ERP sales within the aviation sector.
  • Proven track record as an individual contributor with remote supervision.
  • Strong knowledge and previous experience with digital products in the aviation sector, particularly in Ground Handling or MRO operations, will be highly beneficial.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a focus on achieving results.
  • Demonstrated experience in business development, leveraging industry connections and networks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including strong presentation and negotiation abilities. Creativity in finding effective sales solutions is essential.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal leaders to develop business strategies, marketing plans, financial projections, etc.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • The ability to work remotely, either as a contractor or a service provider.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin or Arabic.
