Senior Data Analyst. Taguig, Philippines (the)

Avia Solutions Group (ASG) Global Service Philippines is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join the Group’s Digitial Technologies Department. This individual will support the Data Analytics and Reporting team in implementing best practices and driving maturity in the group-wide data strategy.

The Data Analytics and Reporting team collaborates with ASG subsidiary companies worldwide to enhance processes and drive data-informed business decisions through the integration of the Microsoft data stack: MS Fabric and Power BI.

Reporting to ASG Digital Technologies, this position will be based in the ASG Global Services Philippines office in BGC, Taguig City, under a hybrid setup, working in the EMEA time zone.

In this position you will:

• Develop a variety of reports and data visualizations for different business areas.
• Provide insights that support data-driven decision-making within the organization.
• Advise subsidiary companies on best practices for data analysis.
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and expertise.
• Collaborate with other ASG teams to ensure seamless data transitions.

Requirements and Skillset:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a Data Analyst role or a similar position.
• Proficiency in Power BI and DAX at an advanced level.
• Strong expertise in data visualization and presentation techniques.
• Solid understanding of data modeling and advanced SQL capabilities.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data tools.
• Ability to derive actionable insights and extract valuable information from data.
• Experience working with Microsoft Fabric.
• Hands-on experience with Qlik Sense and QlikView.
