Avia Solutions Group (ASG) Global Services Philippines is seeking for a Learning and Development Specialist to oversee the administration of Learning Modules for users across the company. The role includes managing data records, coordinating training events, and collaborating with other Group Functions to identify additional learning opportunities.
As a Learning & Development Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the future of a global aviation group, designing and delivering impactful programs that empower our talent to excel in an ever-evolving industry.
Reporting to the Group's HR Office, this position will be located in BGC, Taguig City, and will work in the EMEA time zone.
The responsibilities of a Learning and Development Specialist include:
- Managing the administration and delivery of learning modules and systems for various users.
- Providing daily support for the operational and administrative aspects of Learning and Development.
- Organizing and coordinating training events, from initial setup to on-the-day facilitation and venue management.
- Holding regular meetings with Group Functional Managers to assess their learning needs.
- Leading and facilitating workshops for employees.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate learning initiatives that address both immediate and long-term organizational needs.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Proven expertise as a Learning and Development Specialist.
- Familiarity with current trends in Learning and Development.
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or related fields.
