Graphic Designer. Taguig, Philippines (the)

Avia Solutions Group (ASG) Global Services Philippines is looking for a Graphic Designer to contribute to the efforts of the Group’s Marketing department. The successful candidate will have a strong, confident personality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and their brilliant creativity. They will bring extensive experience in graphic design and collaborate with the team to create visually compelling content. Utilizing their design expertise, they will ensure all graphics align with the brand strategy and effectively communicate the desired message.

This position is based in the ASG Global Services Philippines office in BGC, Taguig, under a hybrid setup, working in the APAC time zone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate creative ideas into compelling visuals.
• Create engaging / eye-catching design concepts (both print and digital).
• Prepare and adapt content for various digital and print canvases & social media channels.
• Work closely with creative and project management teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or any related field.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant proven experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and other relevant software for high-quality visual content creation.
• In-depth knowledge of the design requirements and best practices for social media platforms.
• Experience executing design work in multiple formats, including print and digital.
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts.
• Creative input – be able to take key assets from guidelines, style guides and existing pack formats and adapt to suit different formats.
• Accuracy and attention to detail, along with good typographical and layout skills.
• Portfolio (that represents the level of work).
