Job Description, Authorities, and Responsibilities:

• Drafting and reviewing contracts, amendments, and other legal documents (primarily in the field of international commercial law and in English language)
• Providing legal support to various company departments
• Interpreting legal regulations, preparing legal analyses, opinions, and recommendations
• Managing company's corporate agenda
• Other legal support activities as needed and required

Job Requirements
Education:

• Master's degree

Field of study:

Language Skills:

• English - Advanced (C1)

Personal Characteristics and Skills:

• At least 3 years of experience in international law firm or international company
• Good knowledge of commercial and international law
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts in English, including contracts drafted according to international standards
• Interest in professional development in aviation law
• Independence and responsibility in managing assigned duties and tasks
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and precision
• Proactive approach to work
