Office Administrator. Vilnius, Lietuva

We are looking for a „High fly” Office Administrator to ensure the best administration services both for our employees and the clients.

As an Office administrator you will:

  • Implement processes and procedures for efficient day to day office operations;
  • Manage the reception area and serve as first point of contact for external vendors, guests, candidates, and clients;
  • Ensure fluent flow of internal and external documents;
  • Ensure phone calls and other incoming information fluent flow;
  • Manage relationships and day to day work with local vendors including catering, snacks, maintenance, etc.;
  • Collaborate with HR team working on HR administration tasks;
  • Assist employees on administrative questions.

Your experience and skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (experience in custom support would be an advantage);
  • Planning and organizational skills;
  • Fluent English, Russian would be preferable as well;
  • Experience in MS Office (knowing other document management and/ or IT systems would be an advantage);
  • Ownership and responsibility;
  • Willingness to learn and grow.

Darbo užmokestis: nuo 1300 € (bruto)
