Security Supervisor is reports to SSQ Director. The Security Supervisor is primarily responsible for the duties as follows:

Responsibilities:

General Responsibility:

• advising SSQ Director, the obligations under Thailand and other legislation and of BBN Airlines Thailand’s compliance or otherwise with its provisions; and
• performing any tasks assigned by superior;

Aviation Security Standards:

• Assisting in establishment, implementation, and maintenance of systems, polices, procedures and practices to be in place to prevent acts of unlawful interference; and
• Assisting implementation and maintenance of the Aircraft Operator Security Program (AOSP);

Aviation Security Compliance Monitoring Activities:

• Assisting an appointment of Aviation Security Internal Auditors to perform security compliance monitoring activities; and
• performing security compliance monitoring activities, if applicable to the requirements and as assigned;

Liaison and Contact:

• Establishing and maintaining effective liaison with all applicable aviation security authorities and other relevant external entities in order to contribute to the industry’s development of security systems and to comply with statutory requirements, taking into consideration the responsibilities of other security-related and law enforcement authorities;

Threat Assessment and Security-Related Incident Reports:

• Ensuring planned countermeasures are commensurate with the risk to BBN Airlines Thailand;
• performing security risk assessment on potential threats that may affect the operations and providing mitigation plans;
• monitoring the status of security reports, and their corrective action and have them reported to SSQ Director;
• conducting investigation when security-related incidents occurred and keeping records of all the security-related incidents;
• submitting all security incident reports to appropriate authorities as mandated; and
• gathering Intelligence, collation on criminal, fraudulent, human smuggling, carriage of contraband and acts of unlawful interference;

Aviation Security Training and Promotion:

• Performing as aviation security instructor in security training courses, if applicable to the requirements; and
• Promoting security awareness campaign; and

Administrative Tasks:

• providing a variety of secretarial or coordinator support tasks as well as supporting administrative, agreement arrangement and documentation functions.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Aviation Security, Safety, and Quality is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in software applications for data analysis and reporting, including Microsoft 365.
