We’re looking for a skilled and driven Fleet Support Engineer to join our team in Malta or Riga. This is a key role within our Maintenance Operations department, focused on supporting the technical performance, reliability, and airworthiness of our fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review post-flight data for A320 aircraft.
- Provide ongoing technical support for AOG events and urgent line maintenance issues.
- Analyse repetitive defects and ensure appropriate follow-up to prevent operational delays.
- Track and manage deferred defects, ensuring targets and service levels are consistently met.
- Drive key reliability metrics and support technical investigations when required.
- Stay up to date with global Airbus fleet issues and reliability trends.
- Assist with aircraft storage, parking, and return-to-service activities.
- Collaborate with Engineering and CAMO teams to ensure long-term fleet performance and compliance.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ experience in an aircraft engineering role.
- Recent experience working with Airbus A320 aircraft.
- Strong knowledge of Airbus avionics systems (CMC, ACMS, FDIMU, ATSU).
- Comfortable working with Airbus technical documentation (TSM, ASM, WISE).
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of CAMO responsibilities and relevant EASA regulations.
