ABOUT INTERNSHIP

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Asset Management Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in aviation asset management with the potential for full-time employment based on performance and business needs.

This internship length is 3 months with the possibility of extension.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the team in managing owned and leased aircraft, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Aid in identifying and assessing risks associated with aircraft and engine assets, contributing to effective risk mitigation strategies.
• Assist in financial analysis, including lease and maintenance costs, to optimize asset performance and profitability.
• Collaborate with team members in preparing budgets and forecasts for asset performance, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Help prepare regular reports on asset performance, highlighting key metrics and trends for internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to aircraft acquisition, lease, and sales opportunity development, participating in due diligence processes and negotiations.
• Assist in maintaining accurate documentation and records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

ABOUT YOU

• Ongoing bachelor's or master's degree (can be a student) in finance, economics, aviation management, or related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaison between teams and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
