We started with different concepts, tried out those in real operations and now we know, that we created something big, beautiful, and really cool with the help of AI, VR and other R&D things. So now, we are going forward and devoting our efforts in Sensus Aero, that we and users believe in, and going into the whole world. You may ask – what we have created? Currently we have a large ERP system with mobile applications specifically designed for aviation, which significantly helps the users and the business to thrive. What are our plans? We want to go beyond and continue expanding our ERP until it covers every business unit, and we have one true “All-in-one “software". We're looking for IT Business Analyst to join our team!
Main functions and responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate high-level business needs into clear, actionable backlog items such as epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate discussions between stakeholders and the Development Team to clarify requirements and remove ambiguities.
- Ensure backlog items include sufficient detail, identified dependencies, and impact analysis for team commitment.
- Conduct impact analysis to identify cascading effects of changes across complex ERP or integrated systems.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the Scrum Team, ensuring a shared understanding of goals and requirements.
- Document and communicate business context, objectives, and rules to developers and QA teams.
- Provide impact, effort, and risk assessments to support informed prioritization decisions by the Product Owner.
- Organize and facilitate requirements workshops, impact mapping sessions, and user story mapping for new features and initiatives.
- Create visual process artifacts such as flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and process maps for complex business logic.
- Work with QA to confirm that acceptance criteria and business rules are clear, complete, and testable.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business validation activities to ensure delivered functionality meets business needs.
- Maintain living documentation in tools like Confluence or Wiki for critical processes, including those relevant to regulated environments.
- Capture and maintain business rules and regulatory requirements that impact the product backlog.
Requirements for the position:
- Knowledge of system integrations, data flows, and cross‑module dependencies.
- Excellent time‑planning and task‑prioritisation abilities.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
