Job description:
-Source and select candidates who will thrive in our culture, with a focus on sales positions.
-Drive the entire hiring process from initial demand to final offer, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience.

Requirements:
-Experience in international recruitment, ideally across both agency and in-house environments.
-You're highly skilled in sourcing top talent using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
-You manage recruitment processes with ease, switching smoothly between roles, projects, and priorities.
-You're confident working with and advising stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
-You stay current with industry trends, consistently deliver beyond expectations, and approach your work with curiosity and a willingness to grow.

The salary range for this role is 2600EUR/gross - 3200 EUR/gross and the final offer will be based on your skills and experience.
