Senior Finance and Business Analyst. Vilnius, Lithuania

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting CFO in overseeing the finance department functions
• Preparation of comprehensive financial monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the Management.
• Cashflow forecasting.
• Monitoring deviations from budget.
• Monthly accruals calculation.
• Assistance in annual budgeting and financial forecasts.
• Work with internal and external auditors to ensure that annual audits are conducted in a timely and efficient manner.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Working closely with our financial and accounting teams to ensure financial reporting and decision support are consistent in all future regulatory applications.
• Various ad-hoc tasks to support other business units.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 3 years experience in finance/business controller or similar position.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial laws, and regulations.
• Strong analytical skills and a hands-on attitude.
• Detail-oriented and results-driven, with the ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience within a fast-growing organization or working in a group of companies.
• A good level of written and oral English communication skills.
• Experience with NAV would be an advantage.
