YOUR TASKS:
- Supporting Sales team with goods, quotations, invoices and shipping;
- Communication and negotiations with suppliers;
- Learn about aviation interior design and production services;
- Market and product price analysis;
- Agreements and Compliance (KYC) control;
- Creation of Purchase Orders, controlling process until goods are in stock;
- Maintaining product information in the ERP system and stock;
- Working on additional tasks and projects.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:
- Experience in Procurement or Project management field at lest 2 years;
- University (or equivalent) degree;
- Knowledge of inventory and supply chain management;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience in working with ERP system;
- Good English language skills (spoken and written);
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills;
- Responsibility, accuracy, focusing on result;
- Ability to work in a team.
