YOUR TASKS:

  • Plan and coordinate aircraft maintenance activities (Base Maintenance environment).
  • Prepare maintenance work packages, task cards, and related technical documentation.
  • Ensure efficient planning of manpower, materials, tools, and ground support equipment.
  • Analyze maintenance requirements and integrate them into maintenance plans.
  • Monitor maintenance progress and adjust plans according to operational needs.
  • Liaise closely with Production, Engineering, Logistics, Quality, and other internal teams.
  • Support on-time delivery of maintenance checks in accordance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and planning data in maintenance systems (e.g. AMOS).
  • Communicate maintenance status and planning updates to internal stakeholders and customers when required.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

  • Technical education in aviation or engineering (preferred).
  • Previous experience in aircraft maintenance planning within an MRO environment.
  • Good knowledge of FAA regulations (e.g. 14 CFR Part 145 and related requirements)
  • Ability to read and interpret aircraft technical documentation.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and planning tools.

ADVANTAGES:

  • Experience working with AMOS or similar MRO systems.
  • Experience with Base Maintenance checks (C-checks and above).
  • Previous experience in an international MRO organization.
  • Aviation-related training or certifications.
  • Participation in building and improving maintenance planning processes from the ground up.
  • Experience contacting OEMs regarding deviations from approved data.
  • Experience working with Airbus A320 and Boeing 737 aircraft.
