YOUR TASKS:

• Acting as the primary technical contact for stations and aircraft operators;
• Supporting troubleshooting and guiding defect resolution in collaboration with line engineers;
• Managing AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations and coordinating recovery actions;
• Ensuring clear and effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders;
• Aligning maintenance activities with operational priorities;
• Supporting maintenance planning during transit checks, layovers, and overnight inputs;
• Managing multiple technical events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Aircraft maintenance background (3+ years is considered ideal);
• Experience in line maintenance or MCC environments is a strong advantage;
• Exposure to commercial aircraft types is preferred (Airbus A320 family constitutes a strong advantage);
• Solid understanding of aircraft systems and maintenance processes;
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking;
• Confident decision-making under pressure;
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities;
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple ongoing issues;
• High level of teamwork and operational awareness;
• Comfortable working with maintenance systems and digital tools.
