YOUR TASKS:

• Plan, organize and coordinate training at the international level;
• Administer and maintain the electronic training platform;
• Manage training-related documentation;
• Collaborate and communicate with customer / instructors;
• Contribute to the improvement and optimization of training processes.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Higher education degree;
• Fluent English language skills (at least B2 level; knowledge of the Spanish language – advantage);
• Work experience with organizing and coordinating training (highly appreciated);
• Ability to work across different time zones;
• Strong time management and communication skills;
• Team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to handle multiple tasks;
• Self-motivation, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow.
