With the continued growth of our operations in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, we are looking for an Incoming Inspector to join our Supply Chain team and support material inspection, quality control, and documentation verification activities.
YOUR TASKS:
• Perform visual inspections of received and dispatched aircraft parts, components, tools, and chemicals.
• Verify packaging integrity, identification markings, physical condition, and shelf-life status.
• Ensure all airworthiness certificates and supporting documentation are accurate and complete.
• Classify and tag materials as accepted, rejected, or quarantined according to quality procedures.
• Record and update information within the applicable systems while maintaining full traceability.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or documentation issues to the Quality Assurance Supervisor.
• Support supplier quality investigations and assist with non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Maintain the receiving inspection area in compliance with cleanliness, organization, and audit standards.
• Participate in internal and external audits related to material control.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and quarantined materials according to established procedures.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in inspection, warehouse, logistics, quality control, or related roles.
• Basic understanding of quality assurance principles and material control processes.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office; ERP/MRO experience is considered an advantage.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
