Are you a numbers-driven problem solver who thrives at the intersection of finance and operations? We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner / Financial Controller to support our Base Maintenance unit — a key department in our aviation business.

This is more than a reporting role — you’ll be a financial advisor to the business, providing insights, forecasts, and recommendations that impact day-to-day decisions and long-term strategy.

YOUR TASKS:

• Understand the finer details of the business, spotting where enhancements are needed and where to continue building on existing strengths;
• Partner with department leaders to analyze performance vs. budget;
• Oversee project financials: aircraft invoicing, closed project profitability;
• Lead monthly closings: invoicing, accruals, reclass, cost allocation, reporting;
• Drive financial planning: annual/5Y budgeting, quarterly forecasts, plan-vs-actuals;
• Manage daily finance tasks: purchase invoices, payroll analytics, customer payment tracking;
• Conduct workforce analysis: qualifications, structure, efficiency.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting;
• 3–5+ years in a finance leadership or controller role (ideally in manufacturing/services);
• Experience with monthly closings, reporting, budgeting, forecasting;
• Strong Excel and finance systems knowledge;
• Analytical mindset with business communication skills;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
