We are looking for Data Analyst in FL TECHNICS Group Finance Analysis & Controlling Team who combines a strong finance background with technical expertise in Power BI, SQL, and data analysis. If you love building smart dashboards, digging into data, and making processes leaner and faster – we want you on our team.

YOUR TASKS:

• Optimize and standardize reporting across multiple entities and systems to ensure consistency, accuracy, and comparability.
• Perform comparative analysis and benchmarking between business units and entities.
• Develop and maintain templates and tools for data reconciliation, financial analysis, reporting and budgeting.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency through cross-system reconciliation and validation.
• Design and build automated reports and dashboards in Power BI to visualize key financial and operational KPIs.
• Drive and own continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing reporting quality and processes.
• Conduct deep-dive financial analysis and variance investigations to support business and decision making.
• Collaborate closely cross-functional teams to support finance’s active role in automation and efficiency.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• A degree in Finance, Economics, Applied mathematics, IT or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of financial concepts (e.g. P&L structure, cost/revenue drivers).
• Proven experience in SQL /Python (data extractions, manipulation) and Power BI (data modelling, visualization), or similar.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex findings in clear, structured way.
• Self-starter attitude, continuous improvement mindset, and enthusiasm for automation and efficiency.
