With the imminent opening of our new hangar in Punta Cana, we are actively seeking exceptional individuals to join our innovative multibillion MRO family. The ideal candidates will be key contributors to our dynamic team, playing a pivotal role in shaping the success of our operations in the Dominican Republic.

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)

You will be the driving force behind establishing the company’s presence in the region, responsible for everything from building the team to setting the strategic direction and ensuring we deliver world-class MRO services. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned executive who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is ready to make a significant impact in a fast-growing aviation market.

YOUR TASKS: 

• Lead the launch of our newest facility and operations. Take full responsibility for the opening of our new MRO hangar, ensuring smooth and successful operations from day one.
• Develop and implement the business strategy to drive growth, profitability, and long-term success.
• Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing team of professionals, creating a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Cultivate strong relationships with airlines, aviation service providers, and other key stakeholders to expand our customer base and market footprint.
• Manage budgets, financial targets, and resources effectively, ensuring the business remains profitable and sustainable.
• Ensure adherence to all aviation regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices, maintaining the highest levels of service and safety.

WHAT YOU SHOUD BRING: 

• Proven experience as a CEO or senior executive in large-scale enterprises (aviation sector preferred), with a successful track record in startup operations (preferred).
• Expertise in strategic business planning, team leadership, and operational management.
• Solid financial management experience, with the ability to drive profitability and growth.
• Understanding of industry safety standards, aviation market economics, and operational processes.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• A passion for innovation, with the ability to think creatively and drive the business forward in a competitive market.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
