FL Technics Wheels & Brakes is a specialized aviation services provider focused on the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft wheels and brakes. The network consists of three locations - Hanover (Germany), Budapest (Hungary) and Bergamo (Italy).

We are looking for an Accountant to our Vilnius HQ team.

YOUR TASKS:

• Perform daily accounting operations of the company, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank accounting and Fixed Assets accounting processes;
• Register supplier invoices, issue customer invoices and ensure accurate and timely processing of all accounting transactions in the ERP system;
• Perform bank, debtors, trade payables and credit card reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies on timely basis;
• Prepare and submit Intrastat reports as well as support month-end and year-end closing activities;
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with local accounting requirements, Group accounting policies and internal procedures;
• Manage communication with customers and vendors regarding finance related questions;
• Cooperate with external advisors and auditors to support accounting, tax and reporting requirements;
• Drive initiatives related to standardization, optimization and digitalization of accounting processes, including improvements within MS Business Central ERP environment.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Experience in accounting or finance field, preferably within an international business environment;
• Business fluent in written and spoken English; German language skills would be considered an advantage;

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new culture, dynamic environment and people;
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment;
• Confident handling of MS-Office (especially Microsoft Excel and Outlook);
• Practical knowledge of Navision/MS Business central would be an advantage.
