This vacancy is for an HR Business Partner for IMEA region.

 

Purpose of Role

  • To work closely with the region’s managers and senior leaders in order to implement HR processes and strategy that closely supports the   overall aims of the organisation and the region
  • This role will work closely with the People Advisor - IMEA, providing mentoring to them to support development and to  create a strong business support function for the region
  • To work in conjunction with the Head of HR and President - IMEA to streamline HR processes and create consistency and fairness in People approaches
  • Analysing people data trends and make suggestions to senior management of IMEA to maintain and make improvements towards retention.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult and work in conjunction with management, providing guidance on legislation, policies and ethical responsibility
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough investigations in line with local legislation and company policies
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partnering with the internal legal department as required
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions)
  • Work closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  • Provide expert input across a range of HR issues (generalist / specific expertise); Design and deliver high impact solutions that meet the needs of the business
  • Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with the Head of HR and HR Data Analytics Specialist  HRBP to present solutions
  • Provides guidance and input to the President – IMEA on departmental restructures for effective team output
  • Support payroll and assist with payroll queries in conjunction with the People Advisor - IMEA
  • Managing and analysing IMEA benefits and actively work with the President - IMEA to review Healthcare and all  other staffing benefits.

 

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees
  • Proven expertise in strategic planning and data presentation
  • Strong people and relationship-building skills in a multinational environment
  • Effective communicator and leader with a collaborative approach, skilled in mentoring and team development.
