Based in Istanbul and Antalya, we operate a modern fleet of A320 and A321 passenger and cargo aircraft, serving 71 countries and 207 destinations. With nearly 300 employees, we operated more than 36,000 block hours and carried 2.2 million passengers in 2025.
We are looking for an experienced "Technical Supply Specialist" who will work at the Headquarters of BBN Airlines.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Ensure that all parts and materials have appropriate paperwork in accordance with company procedures.
- Supervise and plan material support for all company scheduled maintenance events.
- Assist the budgeting process by providing the necessary information.
- Follow and maintain established company procedures.
- Develop business opportunities with service providers and maintain a constant communication with them related to materials and logistics.
- Review and analysis of parts requests received from engineers, entering requests to the “Wings” computer program.
- Ensure cost effective solutions to all possible requests together with maintaining a constant supply of required parts and materials.
- Organize domestic and international transport.
- Provide AOG support when necessary.
- Ensure that all unserviceable parts are dealt with accordingly depending on the conditions.
- Establish and supervise a supply chain process for new/current company projects.
What It Takes:
- University graduate preferably in Faculty of Engineering, Logistics or Economics and Administrative Sciences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Economy, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering or other Engineering departments.
- At least 3 years experience in aviation procurement departments,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Turkish and English (minimum B2 level),
- Good command of MS Office applications,
- Having WINGS/AMOS computer system knowledge is preferred,
- Being confidential and open-minded,
- Strong discussion and negotiation skills and analysis /synthesis capabilities,
- High learning capability, quick adaptation to changes
- Being target-oriented, ability to set priorities for effective time management,
- Responsible, prone to teamwork, open to continuous improvement and able to take initiative if necessary
