BBN Airlines Türkiye is an IOSA Certified airline and a member of Avia Solutions Group, the world’s largest ACMI provider. Based in Istanbul and Antalya, we operate a modern fleet of A320 and A321 passenger and cargo aircraft, serving 71 countries and 207 destinations. With nearly 300 employees, we operated more than 36,000 block hours and carried 2.2 million passengers in 2025.
We are looking for an experienced "IT Specialist" who will work at the Headquarters of BBN Airlines.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Provide daily IT support to end users (on-site and remote) and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues
- Ensure smooth IT operations by supporting users in their day-to-day technical needs
- Manage IT asset inventory (laptops, desktops, network equipment, peripherals, licenses) and keep records up to date
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes (device setup, access provisioning, account management)
- Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure such as servers, networks, switches, and firewalls from an operational support perspective
- Monitor basic system and network performance and escalate complex issues to senior IT or external vendors when needed
- Create, update, and maintain IT documentation, user guides, and internal procedures
- Support implementation and updates of IT policies and ensure user compliance
- Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment, maintenance, and service requests
What It Takes:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or similar technical roles
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, endpoints) with a support-oriented mindset
- Experience in end-user support and ticketing systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills and customer-oriented approach
- Experience with IT asset management and documentation processes
- Good communication skills with ability to support non-technical users
- English level: minimum B1 (spoken and written)
