BBN Airlines Türkiye is an IOSA Certified airline and a member of Avia Solutions Group, the world’s largest ACMI provider. Based in Istanbul and Antalya, we operate a modern fleet of A320 and A321 passenger and cargo aircraft, serving 71 countries and 207 destinations.
With nearly 300 employees, we operated more than 36,000 block hours and carried 2.2 million passengers in 2025.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing crew schedules while ensuring full compliance with aviation regulations. Your duties will include maintaining operational efficiency, optimizing crew resources, and supporting business development through technical testing and system updates.
Who We’re Looking For
- Plan and manage cabin crew and cockpit crew flight schedules from an operational perspective, in compliance with the instructions of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (SHT-FTL).
- Work in coordination with the Operations Control Center (OCC) to ensure that flight operations are carried out on time.
- Implement decisions and changes made by the OCC in crew planning systems and monitor changes to crew schedules.
- Take a proactive approach to potential disruptions during operations, coordinate with relevant departments, and take necessary measures.
- Prepare and distribute crew documentation required by the authorities of the countries where flights will be operated.
- Prepare and present operational reports.
What It Takes
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in aviation or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in crew allocation (Crew Control).
- Knowledge of SHT-FTL regulations.
- Strong written and spoken English skills (min. B1 level).
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical thinking, planning, and reporting skills.
- Excellent follow-up and coordination skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across departments.
- Willing and able to work shifts.
- Currently residing in Istanbul or willing to relocate to Istanbul.
