One of our subsidiary companies, Aviator, is searching for Project Manager with a strong and self-confident personality, able to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, moreover - with demonstrated high degree of accuracy and attention to details. Aviator Airport Alliance AB is a Swedish holding company with 10 subsidiaries in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.
What you may expect:
- Drive full project lifecycle activities: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Lead and manage strategic group projects, primarily in IT and ERP domains, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across countries to ensure successful project delivery.
- Apply and promote project management best practices, methodologies, and tools.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of project governance and standards.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Prepare and present project documentation, reports, and updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
What you should bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience managing projects.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects, ideally in IT and ERP environments.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (experience with Jira is a strong advantage) Certification in PRINCE2, PMP, IPMA, or equivalent is a strong advantage.
- Experience working in a multi-country or group-level organization is preferred.
- Technical and/or process improvement background.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential, and proficiency in additional Scandinavian languages (Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian) is highly advantageous.
