Business Excellence Project Manager. Vilnius, Lithuania

One of our subsidiary companies, Aviator, is searching for Project Manager with a strong and self-confident personality, able to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, moreover - with demonstrated high degree of accuracy and attention to details. Aviator Airport Alliance AB is a Swedish holding company with 10 subsidiaries in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.

What you may expect:

• Drive full project lifecycle activities: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Lead and manage strategic group projects, primarily in IT and ERP domains, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across countries to ensure successful project delivery.
• Apply and promote project management best practices, methodologies, and tools.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of project governance and standards.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Prepare and present project documentation, reports, and updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

What you should bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience managing projects.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects, ideally in IT and ERP environments.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (experience with Jira is a strong advantage) Certification in PRINCE2, PMP, IPMA, or equivalent is a strong advantage.
• Experience working in a multi-country or group-level organization is preferred.
• Technical and/or process improvement background.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential, and proficiency in additional Scandinavian languages (Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian) is highly advantageous.

Salary starting from 4132 EUR (including taxes), with potential ranges based on experience.
