Senior Graphic Designer. Vilnius, Lithuania

We're seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer with a robust portfolio in digital and traditional media.

This role demands a creative visionary who excels in 3D design, video production, and motion graphics, presentations, and marketing campaigns. They must have substantial experience in creating offline event materials and physical print media.

The chosen candidate will spearhead projects that enhance our clients’ brands through compelling visual storytelling and innovative design solutions. Key areas might include creating promotional videos, educational content, presentations, and visual assets for social media and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• 2D & 3D motion graphics expertise: Develop sophisticated 2D and 3D model animations for digital platforms, alongside dynamic motion graphics that engage and inform our global audience.
• Video production oversight: Manage end-to-end video production, from storyboard creation to final editing, ensuring content aligns with brand objectives and market trends.
• Offline event & print media design: Design and produce materials for offline events, including banners, standees, brochures, and presentations. Oversee the production process to ensure high quality and brand consistency.
• Strategic collaboration: Work closely with the marketing department teams to align marketing materials with product objectives.
• Feedback & optimization: Utilize feedback and analytics to iterate on design concepts and improve the effectiveness of visual communications.
• Brand development & implementation: Enhance and develop the visual language of Avia Solutions Group with a keen eye on evolving brand guidelines and the latest visual trends in the aviation and IT space.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience, with at least 3 years focused on 3D modeling/video production/motion graphics:
• 2D and 3D animation expertise
• Proven experience in a role working with top-tier clients is highly preferred
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro is a must
• Experience of delivering the end-to-end animation creation and production process
• Strong creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Passion for branding, animation, and design
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work
• Effective time management
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary starting from 2850 EUR (including taxes), with potential ranges based on experience.
