Role Overview:

The CAMO Engineer (MPRG) plays a critical role in ensuring continued airworthiness through the development, evaluation, and optimization of maintenance programs and Minimum Equipment Lists (MELs). This role focuses on reliability analysis, regulatory compliance, and data-driven maintenance decision-making. Working closely with OEMs, authorities, and internal stakeholders, the CAMO Engineer contributes to maintaining safe, efficient, and compliant aircraft operations while supporting continuous improvement in maintenance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, evaluate, and revise customer Minimum Equipment Lists (MELs) and Maintenance Programs.
  • Assess and optimize Maintenance Program effectiveness using reliability data and analysis.
  • Monitor reliability programs and prepare reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) for stakeholders.
  • Facilitate and support Reliability Review Board meetings and follow-up actions.
  • Liaise with OEMs, TC/STC holders, aviation authorities, and customers on airworthiness matters.
  • Support AD evaluations, aircraft delivery/re-delivery projects, and act as deputy to the Senior Engineer when needed.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in civil aviation maintenance or continuing airworthiness management.
  • Knowledge of aviation safety standards, regulatory compliance, and safe operating practices.
  • Understanding of reliability programs, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Aircraft type training (minimum CAT C or General Familiarization).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of maintaining accurate technical documentation.
