Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Flight Crew Training Supervisor to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the effective planning, coordination, and documentation of flight crew training activities in accordance with company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate comprehensive training programs for newly hired and existing flight crew members, including initial, conversion, recurrent, differential, repetition, modernization ground training, and testing.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records in both digital (training software) and paper formats.

• Collaborate closely with the Flight Crew Training Coordinator to align training schedules and needs.

• Provide administrative support to the training department, including the preparation of training certificates and delivery of participant feedback.

• Monitor and supervise classroom training sessions in coordination with the Operations and Crew Control departments.

• Propose improvements to training programs and processes to enhance overall training efficiency.

• Ensure effective interdepartmental coordination to streamline training logistics and scheduling.

Requirements:

• Full secondary school education, prefered Aviation
• Minimum 1 year of experience in aviation or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented approach
