We are searching for Senior Operational Excellence specialist with a strong and self-confident personality, able to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, moreover - with demonstrated high degree of accuracy and attention to details
Where You Come In:
- You will lead lean improvement initiatives across maintenance, flight ops, ground handling, procurement, and admin—working across the Group’s aviation subsidiaries to boost safety, speed, and cost performance.
- You will use data to track KPIs (on-time departures, maintenance TAT, inventory turns), find root causes, and target the biggest wins.
- You will adapt 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping to aviation workflows—turnarounds, component repair, and back-office processes.
- You will deliver projects that optimize hangar layouts, streamline parts logistics, and reduce waste in aircraft servicing.
- You will coach teams and local CI champions, run cross-site workshops, and share best practices across subsidiaries to scale what works.
- You will build simple playbooks, SOPs, and e-learning so changes stick.
- You will report monthly to leadership, visualizing trends, quantified savings, and forecasted impact.
What Makes You Successful:
- You have hands-on experience in process/operational management and lean.
- You have a solid understanding of Lean, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, PRINCE2, or similar practices.
- You have proven experience in management consulting, business processes, data analysis, and/or project management.
- You have strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, handling multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- You can lead and facilitate workshops/meetings that produce insights and drive action across multiple subsidiaries.
- You have an analytical mindset, can solve problems, and present solutions clearly to different stakeholders.
- You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, making complex concepts easy to understand.
