JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Development, improvement and implementation of sales strategies, processes and standarts;
  • Strategy management of business aviation services;
  • Sales planning, budget execution and control;
  • Permanent market analysis and pricing policy development;
  • Team leadership and management, reviewal of KPI's, long-term and short-term goals supervision;
  • New services entry strategy;

​REQUIREMENTS

  • ​Experience in managing a team of highly skilled professionals and ability to take a strong leadership in strategy development;
  • Ability to motivate a team by showing the best practises of business processes;
  • Experience in new services launch business management and pricing policy development;
  • Services market analysis experience and knowledge of customer needs identification process;
  • Energy and enthusiasm in taking a lead role in commerce department;
  • Fluent in English and Russian;
  • Experience in aviation industry would be considered as an advantage;
