Job description

Provide spare parts and components supply, repair and management services for business and regional jets
Identify and resolve clients concerns 
Prepare commercial offers, contracts, plan product deliveries, process documents and control payments
Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers and business partners to ensure high level of service
Oversee and analyse technical information



At least 1 year of working experience in customer support management
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to negotiate rates, sell services and build professional relationships 
Strong communication, problem solving and decision making skills
Higher education
Fluent communication in English and Russian languages (both: verbal and written)
Other languages would be considered as an advantage
Computer literacy: good knowledge of MS office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
