WE are looking for an ambitious, motivated, result-driven Junior Sales Manager to join our AviaAM Leasing family!
Responsibilities will include:
- Building and Maintaining close client relationships with all pre-identified airlines in particular region;
- Identifying and developing new transaction opportunities;
- Preparing commercial offers according customer needs and requests;
- With the help of legal colleagues drafting LOI’s once potential deals are identified;
- Maintaining existing client relationships, with the ultimate objective of maximizing the company’s investments;
- Keeping records of sales, revenue, invoices, contracts, etc;
- Identifying other non-core business opportunities.
- Hands-on experience in sales would be considered as a big advantage;
- Very good communication, relationship-building skills, ability to connect with customer;
- Perfect English skills is a must; knowledge of other languages is a huge plus;
- Go-getter attitude and pronounced ambition to generate sales;
- Ability to sell, meet goals and multi-task.

Salary: from 1605 € (brutto)
